keeping accurate time can be cool.

i bought 3 accurate silent clock mechanisms and recently made them into these interesting clocks. About 2 years ago i gathered some sea driftwood on my local beach after a big storm. I first cleaned the wood with a weak bleach solution then let it dry 2 yrs in my shed.Sea driftwood takes a very long time to dry out but it must be totally dry before it can be used. I sifted thru the wood and choose some pieces and used a hot glue gun to join them up. Then i drilled the back to take the mechanism. Used brass pins to make the numerals . Im going to sell 1 in my ebay shop and the other 2 in my etsy shop. http://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/sunnySUFFOLKart. They keep perfect time which is important and cool to look at .
